Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’s Dilip Joshi keeps updating fans about his personal life through his social media page. Ever since he has made an Instagram account, the actor has been sharing some amazing throwback pictures from his career to keep his fans entertained and some of them are real gem like the latest one.

The veteran actor shared an image of him from his first TV show, ‘Zara Hatke‘ where he was given a chance to play the lead role. In the images, he can be seen with singer-musician-actor, Lucky Ali. He was his co-star in the show. He even shared that while working with Lucky on the show, he got to hear to his songs on set, long before they became the stuff of legend.

Dilip Joshi wrote, “Zara Hatke (1994, Zee TV). This was the first time I was entrusted with the responsibility of leading a show along with this fine gentleman. He wasn’t the only one. I also consider myself ‘Lucky’ for having worked with him back then, and having had the good fortune of listening to his songs on set, long before they became the stuff of legend.”

Dilip Joshi has been part of some of the popular shows on Indian television even before becoming the household name with Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. He appeared in TV shows like Kabhi Yeh Kabhi Woh, Yeh Duniya Hai Rangeen. Wah! Wah!, Kya Baat Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Dhoom, Meri Biwi Wonderful amongst several others.

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah recently completed 12 years and it is one of the longest-running sitcoms of the Indian small screen. Dilip Joshi plays the role of Jethalal in the show.
