Sanjay Dutt’s wife Maanayata Dutt, who was stuck in Dubai with her kids Shahraan and Iqra, recently headed back to Mumbai after the actor’s lung cancer was diagnosed. Dutt is currently undergoing treatment in Mumbai.
Yesterday, Maanayata took to her Instagram handle and shared a beautiful picture of her kids with a heartfelt note. Sporting traditional outfits, both the kids look absolutely adorable in the picture.
Along with the picture, she wrote, “Sands are shifting…. God…protect your peace…answer your prayers🙏 #love #grace #positivity #dutts #ganpatibappamorya #beautifullife #thankyougod”
Sanjay’s daughter Trishala posted folded hand emojis while the actor’s best friend Paresh Ghelani wrote, “God’s Gift(s).”
Sanjay and Maanyata also celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi amid the coronavirus pandemic. The actor had shared a picture on Instagram with his wife striking a pose near Bappa. His post read, “The celebrations aren’t as huge as they used to be every year but the faith in Bappa remains the same. I wish that this auspicious festival removes all the obstacles from our lives and bless us all with health and happiness. Ganpati Bappa Morya🙏🏻”
According to the latest reports, Sanjay is ready to head to the US to seek medical treatment. Reports suggest that he had applied for the visa as soon as he learnt of the diagnosis. However, initially, it wasn’t easy to get the clearance since the actor was among those convicted in the 1993 Bombay blasts. The report further says that one of his close friends helped the actor secure a five-year visa on medical grounds. Now, he is expected to fly to New York with his wife and sister Priya, where he will pursue the treatment.
